Refund Policy
Please note, all orders placed site-wide are only eligible for a return for store credit, or exchanges no refunds will be issued.
If you purchase an item that is marked as a final sale, the item is not eligible for any form of return. We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.
We inspect all merchandise for defects, damage, and discoloration before shipment so it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately about any imperfections.
Contact us within 5 days of the shipment delivery date.
Return label fees are calculated and deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping. Upon placing your order, please allow for a processing time of 24-48 business hours for in-stock items.
While we do not anticipate any delays after the parcel has been shipped, unforeseen events can occasionally occur. If our carrier experiences any delays, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We will be more than happy to assist you in locating your parcel.
During shows and events, processing time can take an additional 3-5 business days.

The size charts are general guidelines for average measurements. Sizes will vary depending on each collection cut, style and fabrication. Most of our clothing will fit true to size unless otherwise noted. Our models are on average of 5'6- 5'10 and wear a size small, size 2 - 6.
